Blended Learning Implementation Guide (#DLDay)


Blended learning is not ‘just another district initiative,’ It is a large scale opportunity to develop schools that are more productive for students and teachers. It’s a fundamental redesign of instructional model.

In honor of Digital Learning Day, Digital Learning Now! (DLN) today released its fifth white paper in the DLN Smart Series, “Blended Learning Implementation Guide,” which explores blended learning as a phase change with a goal of accelerating learning toward college and career readiness. According to the guide :

Shift to online state assessment will start in 2015, intentional shift to online delivery for part of learning contents and activities is timely and will improve productivity for schools, teachers and students. Learning in digital environment will provide immediate feedback and collect learners’ data for personalizing learning. The infographic made by DLN lists 10 drivers of blended learning:
